We then dispose of your garbage in landfills or recycling & hazardous waste centers—gently used items go to donation centers & local non-profits, whenever possible. We will haul away all unwanted items, garbage, yard waste, and specific hazardous materials, that two people can lift. If your items need more than two people, we require advance notice to bring additional team members.
We prefer that all customers be on location upon our arrival to review and approve pricing. However, suppose you cannot be there at the scheduled time, not a problem. In that case, our team member will call you to go over pricing before completing any services. For added convenience, we can take your credit card over the phone.
Because we cannot see the type and quantity of materials needing removal in person and how easy it is to load into our truck, we will provide you a tentative quote based upon the information and photos you submit. Once our team arrives, we will review the work scope to be completed and confirm the final price before completing any work.
Yes, no problem. Because of driving long distances and fuel costs, the upfront cost is $30.00. We cannot spend our time providing free estimates and not doing any work. However, when we complete your job, we will deduct the $30.00 from the final price, making your estimate free after all. Remember, our phone, text, and online estimates and consultations are always free.
Our truck arrives with two trained and competent individuals, along with a rake, shovels, brooms, dustpan, and strong plastic bags. Conditional on your job, we will bring a furniture dolly, hand-truck cart, ladders, and wheelbarrows. If your job requires a Bobcat or Forklift, with an operator, arrangements must be made in advance, and additional fees may apply.
